What is Agent-Site?

Agent site is a quick and easy way to get your independent Agency online at an affordable price.

In the Agent-Site package you get:

How Does it Work?

You get a professionally designed, pre-built website which is already tailored for the needs of the independent agent, and we will do some basic personalization of this webiste for you to get you started. Additionally, the whole site is powered by a simple to use but full featured web site editor, so you can customize the content to suit your needs easily yourself from there - as many updates as you want, as long as you have your Agent-Site account. Plus you will get one complimentary 20 minute training session, domain registration, email setup, web hosting, and ongoing support. What Exactly Is Included?

We will perform the following personalizations:

  • Add one photo to the Home page.
  • Add up to three photos to the Staff page.
  • Add a brief bio and email link for each of up to three staff members to the Staff page.
  • Add one logo to the site template.
  • Add your company address and hours to the Contact Us page.
  • Configure all forms to send emails to your preferred email address.

We will need the following from you:

  • All photos must be supplied by you in JPEG format.
  • Staff bio information must be supplied by you.
  • Logo must either be supplied by you, or we can simply set your company name in text.
  • Necessary company info such as address, hours, etc must be supplied by you.

Hosting and domain setup includes:

  • Registration of one new domain of you choice for the web site - requires domain to be available for registration.
  • 10Mb of storage for your website files.
  • Up to 15 email accounts with webmail and Spam-Assasin spam filtering are included, more can be added.
  • Unlimited usage of the Agent-Site web site editor for as long as you maintain your account.
  • One 20 Minute introductory training session is included as well as up to one hour of support the first month and up to 30 minutes of support each month ongoing.

Other Questions.

Q: What if I already have a website. Can I still get an Agent-Site website?

A: Yes. We can put your new Agent-Site website up in place of your current website. You can either 1) move your hosting over to us (you will need to modify your name server settings at your domain registrar) or 2) leave your hosting where it is (we will need your current FTP username and password.)


Q: Are there monthly fees? What are they for?

A: Yes. The monthly fee is $35 per month. This fee includes hosting your website and email, up to 30 minutes of support per month and the license to use the Agent-Site sitebuilder to edit your website yourself.


Q: Is there a commitment?

A: Yes. There is a one year commitment to the service and the corresponding monthly fee. After one year the commitment is month to month. You can cancel with no obligation within 30 days.


Q: Is there more help available than just your basic customizations?

A: Yes. More help is available at any time. This includes things like inserting text for you, cropping and adding more photographs, even managing your website updates for you on a regular basis if you like. Please contact us to talk about your specific needs. Note that additional help will incur additional charges.
